WOG MOG LE JOG TRAVELOG - DAY 1
It begins.
Got car from a fab little place in a fab little place. A morgan shop ina tiny village in Cornwall.
What a vehicle. Nooks, crannies, the heaviest clutch on earth, on account o' how there is not much room in the footwell and no place for resting wearing left feet, hence need to rest it on clutch.
The littlest three windshield wipers in the world, cigarette lighter inside glovebox, side windows all locked away under the luggage rack at back...yup...and the sweetest noise from under the bonnet that you could ever imagine.
Weather in Cornwall absolutely pictyure perfect - all blue skies, mere whisps of clouds, and genuine cloth capped Cornishmen out and about, including one who doffed his cap to me as I drove by while he was watering his teeny garden near Land's End.
So, to pics:
You have to get permission to get your pic taken by the folks manning the famous signpost.
I had to manouvre the Morgan into position with a creative three point reverse ion front of a crowds, no less - the pressure not to stall very high - how embrarrassment if I doner that, eh? - I toyed with the idea of making the folks put up "Wog Mog Blog" on the sign instead of Sydney but chickened out on account of the corwd - I mean, how on earth would I have explained Wog or even Blog to those weekend beachsiders.
So happy happy joy joy in the Mog and off from Land's End. Had to take in the beautiful St Michael's Mount from the small seaside village of Marazion.
I got outta da car for this one
But turns out I need not have bothered on account of how pics can be taken on the move. Too easy. Next post cos I think this one is full.
